“ Recommend this Mexican food truck to any and everyone who loves real, authentic Mexican food 4/1/21 I have always really loved this spot. However, it seems I gave a great review, and have received lower standards of quality and standards of food and appreciation of a consistent, should be valued customer. I seem to receive less food for the same price and not not the same quality at all. At least not what I had fell in love with to begin with. I have always truly enjoyed their tacos...shrimp and chicken especially. Been going there for over a year, chicken tacos always full of chicken, shrimp tacos at least 8-10 shrimps in each taco. Loved them, bragged about them, always satisfied. However the last four times I've ordered chicken and shrimp tacos I have chicken tacos full of chicken 10 to 15 pieces of chicken per taco, my shrimp tacos now have two to three shrimps per taco. Note, I have to pay extra for the shrimp tacos, so why am I getting two shrimps per taco? Someone please help me understand this math. I completely feel ripped off, used, unsatisfied and disappointed. Why would you do this to your customers? Especially loyal customers, who come at least once a week and order at least 50 or more worth of food everytime? Especially considering you charge extra for the shrimp. So I'm paying more and getting less!! It don't make sense. At this point, I'm glad I made myself continue trying other food trucks. Because if you cannot continue the quality, quantity and expectations that you first gave, then I absolutely need to find somewhere else where I get my money's worth for what I want, ask for and expect. It's not rocket science. I have pics to prove my point. I truly and sincerely hope someone gets the memo. I'm going to give y'all one more chance. However, if I'm still unsatisfied, then it's no longer worth it to me. I'm hoping y'all will pick up the slack, justify your wrongs, not take from the rest of the menu to appear improved, but yet still lacking in quantity on some and be back to the greatness I fell in love with and have always bragged about and suggested to everyone. If you only want to give two shrimps in tacos, four in fajitas, fine. But there should absolutely be no extra charge for that few shrimp in all honesty and reality. We love y'all, and are hoping y'all will simply pick up the slack on this one. Wishing for a great, better, fair compliance to resolve this matter. I've gotten over 8,000 views from my first review of y'all and I had nothing but wonderful things to say, I felt it completely fair to allow the opportunity to right the wrong. Note, I never ask for a refund or replacement of my last few purchases. I only want the quality, quantity and same experience and expectations I feel in love with, and have already bragged about to be upheld. ”
